Who You Are

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Enterprise Operations Specialist to support our enterprise relationships team in delivering an exceptional experience to our most important partners. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, project coordination, internal enablement, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a critical role in scaling how we support firms, ensuring smooth onboarding, tracking key deliverables, coordinating events, and driving internal collaboration across product, support, marketing, and leadership teams.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the operational backbone for the Enterprise Relationships team, ensuring all partner-facing commitments are tracked, delivered, and communicated clearly
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and timelines for new enterprise firms, including training schedules, integration milestones, and resource delivery
  • Develop and maintain playbooks and internal documentation to standardize firm onboarding, engagement, and success practices
  • Track usage, performance metrics, and engagement data to inform account strategy and surface growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Support teams to ensure enterprise clients receive timely and proactive assistance
  • Manage deliverables for co-branded initiatives, firm-specific collateral, and webinar/event coordination
  • Coordinate conferences and in-person events that enhance enterprise engagement
  • Assist in RFPs, contract renewals, and pricing documentation as needed
  • Support firm-wide training and enablement programs, including webinars, resources, and success workshops
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements that help scale our enterprise operations efficiently

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer success, partnerships, revenue operations, or client services role
  • Experience in a SaaS or fintech company, ideally serving enterprise clients or financial professionals
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Proficient with CRM and project tools like Salesforce, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and cross-functional
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Passionate about client success and eager to help firms maximize value from Income Lab
