Who You Are

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Development Executive to drive growth and client relationships. Your primary responsibility is developing new business and selling our services to clients who value quality, inclusion, and long-term partnerships.

This is not a transactional sales role—it’s about building trust, shaping partnerships, understanding client needs, and ensuring lasting client satisfaction.

You’ll be a key member of the management team, working closely with our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Strategic Partnerships, while contributing to the global business development network. You will report to the US Chief Executive Officer, and represent auticon externally with the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership role over time.

What You'll Do

  • Lead sales and business development in the United States
  • Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships, based on trust and value
  • Represent auticon at events, conferences, and in relevant networks
  • Own the entire client lifecycle:

              Identify opportunities

Present suitable talent profiles or other services

              Negotiate contracts and close deals

Coordinate onboarding with the delivery and coaching teams

Stay in regular contact for client satisfaction, renewals and new needs

  • Translate market trends and client input into:

              Upskilling recommendations for our technologists

              Hiring input on needed profiles

              Product or service expansion opportunities

  • Help shape the US market strategy and our positioning
  • Support or lead selected global key accounts

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in IT professional services and contract labor sales, technical business development, or a related commercial role in a technology-driven environment. Required
  • Deep understanding of the US market and business culture
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative, non-transactional approach
  • A strong C-level network in the US is a clear advantage
  • Confident in speaking with technical stakeholders and understanding their context (you don’t need to code, but you should know how to ask the right questions)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you enjoy building things, not just managing them
  • Strong curiosity and interest in neurodiversity and inclusive work environments (experience working with neurodivergent teams is not required)
  • Must be able to travel for work

What We Offer

Salary full-time position $250k OTE (on Target Earnings), roughly 50/50 base/bonus

  • A committed, professional, and values-driven team
  • A brand with a meaningful mission and high technical standards
  • High level of autonomy and flexibility (hybrid work)
  • Flat hierarchies and direct collaboration with operations and coaching
  • Benefits, aligned with market standards
  • An international network and a growing global presence
  • A role that combines business, impact, and the opportunity to shape the future of work

Ready to shape the future of neuroinclusion services and strategies in our biggest market globally? We look forward to hearing from you.
