We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Development Executive to drive growth and client relationships. Your primary responsibility is developing new business and selling our services to clients who value quality, inclusion, and long-term partnerships.
This is not a transactional sales role—it’s about building trust, shaping partnerships, understanding client needs, and ensuring lasting client satisfaction.
You’ll be a key member of the management team, working closely with our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Strategic Partnerships, while contributing to the global business development network. You will report to the US Chief Executive Officer, and represent auticon externally with the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership role over time.
Identify opportunities
Present suitable talent profiles or other services
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Coordinate onboarding with the delivery and coaching teams
Stay in regular contact for client satisfaction, renewals and new needs
Upskilling recommendations for our technologists
Hiring input on needed profiles
Product or service expansion opportunities
Salary full-time position $250k OTE (on Target Earnings), roughly 50/50 base/bonus
