* Client Development
- Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication.
- Develop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients, inclusive of interior designers, estate managers, corporations.
- Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our products.
- Assist and support after sales client requests inclusive of engraving and repairs. Act as a referent and provide recommendation that will provide an exceptional client experience.
- Problem solves in partnership with leadership team to ensure that each client issue properly resolved to the benefit of the business.
* Boutique Operation
- Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards as well as product care.
- Responsible for ordering merchandise from France, from our US warehouse, or locating from other boutiques to fulfill orders.
- Assist in inventory management functions including organizing stock on floor and stockroom, transfers, receiving, UPS and messenger shipping.
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect the assets of the Boutique through understanding all complying with operating procedures.
- Participate in executing all POS transactions, inclusive sales, returns, packing or wrapping customer’s merchandise.
* Lead liaison between RET, Supply Chain, and counterparts in France to design, implement, and oversee best practices: order and product policies, product availability, catalog management, QA and claims, special orders and programs (Talisman, partial gilded, HO, etc).
- Fielding general inquiries from Retail store teams regarding open orders, ETA’s, product questions, and special-order possibilities.
* Lead liaison between RET, Supply Chain, and counterparts in France to optimize stock across RET portfolio. Align allocations with company directives for maximum turnover.
- Partnering with France on an ongoing basis to allocate stock and special orders for the Retail Network and proactively follow up on all outstanding orders to get ETAs.
- Assist in product and novelties performance analysis support for boutiques, RET, and Supply Chain. Novelties Purchase Order and launch management support.
- Lead liaison for Client Special Orders order management including monitoring/ communicating ETAs.
- Proactively escalate and monitor concerns to appropriate teammates in USA and overseas.
* Support managers and their store associates with store operations issues so that they could focus on selling.
* Understand specifics of retail sales and find ways to support the boutiques by understanding the client’s perspective.
* Operations support to external showrooms and consignment customers (Hines, Geary’s)
- Ring customer sales in D365
- Purchase order management and fulfillment
- Log and track sales
- First point of contact for operations, policies, order and product support. Liaison to other CSI teammates including RET Director.
