Who You Are

You’re a results-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of the New York real estate market. You enjoy building and nurturing relationships with transactional attorneys, loan originators, brokers, agents, developers, and other industry stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in helping clients find tailored solutions to meet their title insurance needs.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities with real estate professionals and transactional attorneys
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with attorneys, law firms, brokers, agents, and other industry stakeholders
  • Present and promote Cornerstone’s title insurance services, providing tailored solutions to meet client-specific needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and market developments affecting the New York real estate and title insurance sectors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of proven sales experience in the title insurance industry or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of the New York real estate market and title insurance processes
  • Established network of real estate professionals and attorneys in the NYC / Long Island area
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Based in, or willing to commute to, the NYC / Long Island area

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary of $55,000–$75,000 (based on experience) plus a generous commission structure—first-year total compensation potential of $200,000+
