Who You Are

PComm Direct, a leading provider of direct mail services, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to work in our Addison, IL facility. You will be responsible for managing concurrent projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing they are finished accurately and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career that wants to learn about the digital print business and grow with our company. You will work closely with our Production Manager and Sales Team.

 

The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert at multi-tasking, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

What You'll Do

  • Project Planning and Management
    • Coordinate production of print projects, including working with sales, production and design teams to ensure all project aspects are aligned.
    • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
    • Provide daily status reports to clients.
    • Ensure the production schedule is adhered to and that any potential delays are communicated promptly.
  • Client Liaison
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and regular communication.
    • Manage client expectations, ensuring that projects meet their specifications and timelines.
    • Address any issues or concern raised by clients, providing solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
    • You will be communicating with customers via phone and email. Occasional virtual and in-person meeting are required.

What You Bring

  • Experience
    • Minimum of two years of project management experience in the printing, gaming or hospitality industry.
    • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Gmail and Excel
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or USPS mailing rules are a plus
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
    • Understanding of the printing process, including pre-press, press and post-press operations.
  • Other Requirements
    • Willingness to work extended hours as necessary to meet project deadlines.
    • Must be able to work on site at our Addison, IL location.

  • Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a starting salary of $70,000.
