Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Practice Director that will be responsible for overseeing the operational and administrative functions of a multi-location women’s health practice in New Jersey and New York metro area. This leadership role ensures that each clinic delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while meeting clinical quality and performance goals. The Regional Practice\ Director collaborates with senior leaders to implement strategic initiatives, drive operational efficiency, maintain regulatory compliance, and support a high-performance culture across all clinics.

What You'll Do

Operational Oversight
• Manage daily operations, including service delivery, scheduling, patient flow, equipment maintenance, technology performance, and medical supply inventory management.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency across the practice.


Clinic Performance & Goal Setting
• Develop and execute operational plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Translate quarterly and annual company objectives into actionable practice-level workflows, staffing plans, and performance targets.

• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to optimize practice performance.


Staff Management
• Support the recruitment, training, and management of clinical and administrative staff within the region.
• Actively manage senior leaders of patient intake, sonography and revenue cycle management including coaching and performance feedback, and conduct formal evaluations.
• Ensure staffing levels meet patient care demands, client and clinical needs and productivity goals.


Client Relationship Management
• Serve as a liaison between clients, clinical teams, administrative staff, and senior leadership.
• Develop and implement process to routinely monitor client feedback and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement a process to capture, assess and resolve client complaints.
• Foster productive relationships with client partners and vendors, including regular onsite visits to client locations in the New Jersey and New York metro area.


Patient Experience
• Promote a culture of service excellence to enhance the patient experience.
• Partner with cross functional leaders to enhance processes related to patient registration, satisfaction surveys, and complaint resolution.


Quality Assurance
• Partner with quality and compliance teams to monitor and evaluate practice performance.
• Partner with Chief Medical Officer and Director of Sonography on initiatives aimed at improving care delivery, limiting errors, and enhancing patient outcomes.


Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure practices comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA, and AIUM.
• Coordinate audits and maintain updated documentation and certifications

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare or medical practice management organizations. OB/BYN practice management a plus.
• Proven leadership experience including cross functional teams and projects.
• Strong communications and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term strategic vision.
• Proficient in EMR systems and practice management software, and advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

 


Job Type: Full-time, exempt
Travel: Local travel required

Salary: $120,000-$140,000 annually with bonus potential.
