Who You Are

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ long-term success. You’ll collaborate closely with our enterprise accounts, supporting them throughout their journey with our products and services. Your mission is to foster strong relationships, drive adoption, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Portfolio Management:
    • o Assist in managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
    • o Work closely with clients to achieve long-term success.
    • o Implement customer success plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Advisory:
    • o Establish yourself as a trusted and strategic advisor to our enterprise clients.
    • o Understand their unique needs and challenges.
    • o Collaborate with senior team members to address customer requirements effectively.
  • Product Adoption and Usage:
    • o Engage with clients to grow their usage of our products.
    • o Facilitate new enterprise customer implementations.
    • o Conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review product usage and satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building:
    • o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
    • o Identify areas of opportunity and highlight best practices.
    • o Use a consultative approach to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

What You Bring

  • · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • · Automotive Experience
  • · Proven track record in customer success, account management, or related roles.
  • · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • · Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
  • · Familiarity with digital products or services is a plus.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package!

 

Pay Rate: $65,000-$85,000 per year
