As the FP&A Manager, you will lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis functions to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of financial strategy, and the ability to clearly communicate complex financial insights to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Analysis of monthly estimates and monthly actual results for company management.
• Annual budget and interim forecast preparation, analysis, monitoring and control: both for the Region as well as various regional business functions
• Analysis of monthly estimates and monthly actual results for company management.
• Ad hoc activities as required order to support achievement of business objectives
• Utilize AI, BI and MS Office tools to deliver meaningful financial reporting/dashboards to maximize business performance and drive data based decision making.
• Work closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan
• Direct costing activities, analyses and control of customer success/logistics sites in accordance with corporate guidelines
• Manage budget and control expenses effectively.
• Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations
• Create meaningful interfaces with global business and headquarter units to promote initiatives and long-term plans

• 7+ years of relevant FP&A experience in medium to large public companies
• Strong P&L, business and finance acumen
• Strong analytical and data gathering skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools
• Strong statistical abilities with the ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to build relationships cross functionally
• Self-starter with a high sense of urgency to complete tasks
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• Oracle cloud / ERP experience - an advantage
• Knowledge of planning and analysis software, TM1 – an advantage 
• Experience in BI tools- an advantage
• Capabilities in financial data automation - an advantage

Compensation: $120K - $160K base salary commensurate on experience.
