Who You Are

A Receptionist (MUST BE A LOCAL CANDIDATE) . S/he will be responsible for initial phone and office contact with clients and other visitors. In addition, you will be handling Sales Quotes, Proposals and following up with clients when necessary.

What You'll Do

The candidate will be responsible for timely completion of routine administrative procedures, as well as providing support for sales, the production, accounting and administrative staff, in addition to the technical and professional staff.

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls and messages to appropriate personnel
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders and Change Orders for required individuals
  • Maintain professional appearance of the office common areas
  • Maintain project filing system
  • Maintain Financial Tracking Sheets
  • Assist with scanning, photocopying and mailing of documents and reports
  • Maintain inventories of office supplies and office equipment
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Assist with word processing
  • Notary ( a plus)

What You Bring

Required skills include:

  • Sales experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including multi-line phones, copier, scanner, printer, postage machine, and shredder
  • Flexibility with learning new processes and tasks

The successful candidate will be:

  • 3+ years minimum of prior work experience
  • College Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Professional, friendly and courteous both on the phone and in-person
  • Highly organized and accountable
  • Willingness to learn new systems, projects or task
  • Team-oriented, willingness to help whenever s/he can

What We Offer

Hourly rate of pay rate: $17.-$26. per hour depending on experience.
