Each day, you’ll handle 30–50 real conversations with clients who have billing or claims questions, and you’ll take ownership of resolving them quickly and accurately. You listen carefully, communicate clearly, and don’t pass the buck—you see every issue through to the finish line. Clients remember you because you make a difference, turning what could be a frustrating experience into a positive one. You take pride in delivering exceptional service with empathy, professionalism, and a personal touch.
● Solve billing & policy issues fast, across 30–50 daily calls, emails, chats, etc.
● Track and beat metrics resolution time, satisfaction, follow-up rates)
● Join weekly coaching—cross-sell, retention, and communication
● Spot broken processes and help fix them
● Are licensed in Texas (P&C)
● Have 12+ months of experience with insurance billing, claims, or renewals
● Move faster when it’s busy
● Want clients asking for you by name
● You’re organized, clear, and fast on the phones
● Speak Spanish? You’ll help more clients
Pay & Perks:
● $45,000 base + monthly bonuses (top reps earn $60K–$70K)
