As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

 

As an Accounting Receivable Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our Accounting Team. 

What You'll Do

  • Billing outgoing shipments
  • Sending Invoices
  • Error Resolution
  • Cash collections
  • Entering Customer payments
  • Taking Credit card payments
  • Banking software
  • Entering New Customers into our system
  • Running Credit Checks
  • Reporting

On-site, Monday thru Friday: 103 Queens Drive, King of Prussia, PA 19406

 

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting experience, or associates or bachelors degree in accounting (Required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Must be available to work on site (Required)
