With a strong reputation for excellence, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our executive team and contribute to the daily operations of our dynamic Midtown Manhattan office.

Who You Are

Marin Architects is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience producing construction documents in Revit. The ideal candidate is a technically proficient architect who can lead the documentation and coordination of multiple projects while maintaining design integrity, quality control, and schedule accountability.

You will play a key role in translating design with intent into fully coordinated construction documents, working closely with senior project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure excellence at every stage, from schematic design through construction administration.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Lead and produce detailed construction drawings and Revit models for complex architectural projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers to delegate and oversee team tasks efficiently.
  • Manage documentation and coordination across multiple projects and disciplines.
  • Review and enforce quality control for drawings and specifications.
  • Communicate directly with consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with NYC Building Codes and zoning regulations.
  • Participate in site visits, construction administration, and project close-out phases.

What You Bring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
  • 8–10 years of architectural experience, with a strong focus on Revit-based construction documentation.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, construction detailing, and NYC codes.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent projects independently.
