The Business Development Representative (BDR) at Pretred is responsible for generating new business pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, high-velocity inbound qualification, and education-driven conversations that help prospects understand Pretred’s value. This role bridges Sales, Marketing, and Education—often serving as the first voice prospects hear from our team.

What Success Looks Like
Salary $70,000−$85,000 + Variable and/or Performance Incentives
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Pretred provides a good-faith estimate of compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. The position is eligible for commission and standard company benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO).
