We are a Local manufacturing company in Williamsport, Maryland, looking for a full-time fiberglass tech.
Responsibilities:
· Proficient with basic math and able to read a tape measure accurately
· Basic knowledge of fiberglass repairs, spray booth, and spraying techniques
· Ability to properly operate special equipment relating to the painting and fiberglass repair trades
· Understand and adhere to the company’s Quality and Safety policies.
· Ability to understand and demonstrate basic job procedures that have been established for each work area.
· Operate machinery with a strong sense of responsibility to avoid equipment damage and downtime.
· Possess good communication skills and work well in a team setting.
· Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.
· Highly productive and self-motivated, positive attitude, dependable and trustworthy
· Ensure products are conforming to requirements and specifications.
· Maintaining regular and punctual attendance according to shift-times or a pre-arranged work schedule.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Technically competent, quick study, excellent math skills
· Other skills required:
o Must be willing and able to work overtime as necessary.
