BMB Solutions is looking for a Level 2-3 Engineer specializing in IT support, projects, equipment, licenses, and products. This employee will provide remote and onsite customer support in a Managed Services Provider environment. This includes engineering support for IT upgrades and implementation projects. Additionally, you will participate in assigned on-call shifts for weekends and holidays (rotation), ensuring continuous support for our clients.
Annual Compensation:
$80,000 - $115,000
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
