We are looking for an efficient Payroll Coordinator to be responsible for all tasks involved in the processing of payroll.

• Onboarding new hires and collection of payroll documentation.
• Process the day-to-day payroll operations ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Prepare reconciliation of all payroll-related reports bi-weekly.
• Collecting and verifying timesheets.
• Entering employee information and payroll data into the system.
• Answering employees' questions and concerns regarding payroll.
• Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions.
• Processing new employees, promotions, and terminations.
• Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Maintaining and updating payroll records.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field required
• 1 - 3 years of experience accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects.
• Close attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail and results orientation are required.
• Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills.
• Must adapt well to a demanding, fast paced work environment.
• Must have knowledge and understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.
• Experience with payroll software required.

Salary Range: $50k-$65k depending on experience.
