What You'll Do

  • Execute a structured IT sales process and leverage a proven methodology to drive results.
  • Identify and develop new IT sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Understand complex IT challenges and recommend tailored technology solutions.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and close deals to exceed sales targets.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships across Central Long Island.

What You Bring

Experience:

  • 2–5 years in outside sales, preferably in IT, technology, or related industries.

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.

Education & Technical Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Solid understanding of IT solutions, including software, hardware, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.

  • Awareness of technology trends and the ability to adapt quickly.

Sales & Soft Skills:

  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with excellent time management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.

  • Willingness to travel within the sales territory as needed.

  • Competitive base salary: $55,000–$75,000, with uncapped commission potential.
