RPG Consultants is a family-owned and operated full-service retirement planning, record-keeping, administration, and consulting firm headquartered in Long Island, NY, with a fully remote team. What You'll Do

  • Service existing and new clients in retirement plan administration, including a full range of administrative and operational support services to various clients and plan participants.
  • Effectively explain plan designs, policies, and procedures; and address questions to ensure our clients fully understand their individualized plans via phone and email.
  • Process and track retirement plan distribution requests for defined contribution plans.
  • Research and resolve distribution and technical issues.
  • Process and track retirement plan contributions and deposits for defined contribution plans.
  • Troubleshoot problems encountered in day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain the participant/sponsor/advisor web portals and corresponding login credentials.
  • Provide reports and data files to clients and internal teams when necessary.
  • Complete special projects and reports, as assigned, accurately and timely.

What You Bring

  • An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college required. Candidates with a degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Math or similar fields are useful in this role.
  • Candidates who have experience with FIS Relius, PensionPro Workflow, M-Files, and Microsoft Teams are encouraged to apply.
  • Customer support experience through phone and e-mail is required.
  • Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively interface with clients.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is vital for this position.
  • Desire to function as part of a team with the ability to self-motivate to meet client demands.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

What We Offer

  • Starting salary: $60,000, commensurate with experience
