Who You Are

This Senior .NET Developer (C#), will be hands-on development role. You will architect, build, and optimize backend services, APIs, and integrations. After the initial onboarding, you should be able to work independently with product managers and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Architect, design, and develop backend services using C# / .NET Core
  • Build and optimize REST APIs and service components
  • Integrate tightly with SQL Server and PostgreSQL data models
  • Lead troubleshooting and long-term system improvements
  • Independently gather requirements and deliver completed features
  • Mentor junior team members when needed
  • Drive best practices in code quality, performance, and reliability
  • Participate in roadmap planning with product team

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of professional .NET development experience
  • Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, and modern API design
  • Strong SQL experience (procedures, query tuning, data modeling)
  • Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core at scale
  • Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end features
  • Strong communication skills with product and business teams
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps or similar pipelines

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience in distributed systems or high-throughput APIs
  • Exposure to healthcare or data analytics systems (nice to have

What We Offer

Position Salary: $120K-$160k depending on experience
