Who You Are

As a Web Support Specialist at Thumbprint, you’ll be a key player in keeping our eCommerce platforms running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage platform settings, create and set up products, prepare and help manage discount codes and credits, test site functionality, and maintain user lists and permissions. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making digital experiences seamless and easy to use. You will be part of a team that thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment and values precision, collaboration, and creativity.

What You'll Do

  • Manage platform settings and backend configurations across eCommerce sites.
  • Create and set up new products, collections, and categories.
  • Conduct thorough site testing and quality assurance to ensure a flawless user experience.
  • Prepare and help manage discount codes, credits, and promotional setups.
  • Maintain and update site user lists and permission levels.
  • Support basic reporting needs and assist with pulling data as directed.


Performance Goals
In your first 90 days, you’ll onboard with our key platforms, complete site set-ups for new product launches, and support successful execution of at least two promotional campaigns with discount codes and user updates.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, IT, or a related field, or relevant professional experience preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Web Development required
  • Experience managing eCommerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • Strong knowledge of website testing tools and quality assurance practices.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary Range: $45k- $60k, based on experience.

  • Orlando, FL
