Who We Are

Adorn 2025 Company Profile: Valuation, Investors, Acquisition | PitchBook

Adoorn is reimagining the front of the home — starting with the mailbox. We design elevated, durable, design-forward products that make it effortless to upgrade curb appeal.

As we scale across DTC, Amazon, and brick-and-mortar retail, operational excellence across every sales channel is critical to our growth.

Who You Are

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Commerce & Sales Operations Coordinator to support post-sale execution and channel onboarding across Shopify, Amazon, and retail partners.

This role is responsible for ensuring that once a new sales relationship is established with a retail partner, products are accurately set up, SKUs are aligned, and all systems are ready to support a successful launch. You will play a key role in ensuring products are live, purchasable, and operationally ready to drive revenue.

You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Brand, and Customer Experience — ensuring that all product and channel setup requirements are executed accurately and efficiently to support new and existing business.

This opportunity is onsite 5 days a week and the expected salary range for this position is $50,000–$60,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and education.

What You'll Do

Sales Channel Setup & Execution

  • Support onboarding of new retail and marketplace partners by setting up products within their systems and portals
  • Ensure all product data (SKUs, pricing, specifications, and compliance details) is accurate and complete prior to launch
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure all requirements are met for products to go live
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams during new account setup and launch readiness

Platform Management

  • Manage product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and retail portals with a focus on accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure pricing, inventory, SKUs, and product specifications are consistently maintained and up to date
  • Coordinate updates for new product launches and ongoing assortment changes
  • Maintain data integrity across all sales channels and systems

Item & Inventory Management

  • Oversee SKU setup and maintenance across internal systems and external partner platforms
  • Ensure alignment between sales agreements, inventory availability, and product setup
  • Partner with Operations to prevent oversells, stockouts, and setup errors that could delay or impact sales
  • Monitor item-level issues and resolve discrepancies that impact order flow or fulfillment

Sales Support & Channel Coordination

  • Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams
  • Support execution of promotions, pricing updates, and product launches across channels
  • Track and resolve channel-specific issues that may delay product launches or impact sales readiness
  • Ensure all products meet partner requirements and are fully activated for sale

Customer Experience Support (Channel-Specific)

  • Partner closely with Customer Service to resolve platform-specific issues tied to orders or product setup
  • Manage Amazon case logs and marketplace escalations related to listings or order flow
  • Identify recurring operational issues impacting customers and escalate for resolution

What You Bring

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, sales operations, retail operations, or marketplace management
  • Experience working in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Process-oriented and proactive in identifying gaps

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience working with retailer portals
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Experience supporting Amazon case management
  • Basic reporting/Excel proficiency

What Success Looks Like

  • Zero listing errors at launch
  • Clean inventory coordination across channels
  • Smooth promotional execution
  • Faster resolution of marketplace and retail issues
  • Improved customer experience tied to commerce channels
