Quality Manager

We’re growing—and we’re looking for a Quality Manager who’s ready to make a meaningful impact by shaping and strengthening our quality systems.

This is more than a compliance role—it's a chance to own and elevate the entire quality function.

As our Quality Manager, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Leadership to drive quality excellence, improve processes, and support customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Note: Due to ITAR requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

• Lead & Influence
  • Own all quality programs, certifications, and compliance initiatives (ISO 9001, AS9100)
  • Serve as the primary quality leader and customer point of contact
• Drive Continuous Improvement
  • Establish and track quality KPIs, goals, and management review metrics
  • Identify process improvements and implement corrective/preventive actions (CARs)
• Ensure Compliance & Excellence
  • Oversee internal audits, inspections, and First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102
  • Maintain and enhance quality documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions, PPAPs, PSWs)
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  • Partner with Engineering, Production, and Inspection teams to improve product and process quality
  • Participate in ECOs, MRB reviews, and design reviews
• Develop People & Systems
  • Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices
  • Manage calibration programs for inspection and test equipment
  • Leverage SAP and data tools to monitor and report on quality performance

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (ITAR compliance)

• Experience managing or leading quality systems in a manufacturing environment

• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards

• Hands-on experience with audits, inspections, CARs, and FAI documentation

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams

• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, materials, heat treatment, finishes)

• Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation based on experience:

• 2–5 years: $60,000 – $75,000

• 6–10 years: $80,000 – $90,000
