Outside Sales Representative - Fire Sprinkler Services

We are a fire protection contractor headquartered in Bronx, NY. At Allstate Sprinkler Corp, our mission is to build a distinguished and financially strong organization whose high standard of excellence is embraced by employees, clients and the community we serve.

We are currently seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our client base and grow our inspection, repair, and violation  business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities with property managers, building owners, and general contractors
• Sell fire sprinkler inspections, testing, repairs and violations removal
• Conduct site visits and assess customer needs
• Prepare and present proposals and service agreements
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the company CRM
• Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (fire protection, construction, building services, or related industry preferred)
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to generate leads and close deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

• Fire sprinkler inspections or fire protection industry knowledge
• Experience selling to property managers, facility managers, or building owners
• Knowledge of NFPA fire code compliance

• Pay rate: $80,000-$90,000 per year PLUS commission
