The Senior Director, Corporate Relations is responsible for defining the strategy and shaping cause marketing and fundraising campaigns; identifying, securing, and managing campaign partnerships for Easterseals to generate revenue and increase brand visibility through mutually beneficial partnerships with national and regional corporations.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, or business.
• Proven results in nonprofit cause marketing campaign strategy and execution with 10+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, corporate development, and/or fundraising.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trust with a diverse range of stakeholders, from corporate executives to internal teams.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills including proposal development and public speaking.
• Demonstrates a creative, strategic mindset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects, budgets, multiple partners, and competing deadlines simultaneously.
• Driven, self-starter with strong work ethic, great enthusiasm and initiative.
• Proven engagement with influencers through LinkedIn; experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Rocket Reach, Salesforce or CRM platform.
• Comprehensive understanding of Easterseals mission and ability to demonstrate commitment to it and ability to share and sell it with passion,

Work Schedule and Compensation
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Flexible within standard business hours (as assigned)
• Compensation: $150,000-$180,000 per year.
