Who You Are

 The Administration Assistant provides a broad variety of administrative support across corporate and personal objectives. The primary responsibilities of this role are to maintain the CEO’s schedule, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, work on operations related projects and be proactive with evolving business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Be a trusted partner, organizing current needs, anticipating potential conflicts, and handling sensitive business information where CEO-EA confidentiality is paramount
  • Track CEO’s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization is completed with respect to deadlines and organizational developments
  • Assist in drafting important documents and presentation materials for meetings
  • Manage the calendar and daily schedule.
  • Respond to emails, as needed.
  • Prepare and coordinate the creation of agenda and meeting minutes
  • Assist with data entry and filing.
  • Run office errands, as needed.
  • Offer general assistance, as needed.
  • Work with the attorneys, as necessary.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree

    2-3 years’ experience as Administrative or Executive Assistant

    Skills and Abilities you have:

    • Extremely organized and detail oriented, with ability to problem solve and think logically.
    • Excellent time-management combined with an impressive level of detail orientation
    • Working knowledge of current technologies (MS Office suite, Google Drive, etc)
    • World -class level of work ethic, tenacity, and ambition
    • Passion for excellent service, learning new skills/concepts, communicating across divisions, and project management
    • Proactive and creative problem solver
    • Ability to gracefully manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and use good judgment.
    • Flexibility and ability to embrace change
    • Mature, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
    • Must be energetic, motivated, a self-starter, and able to function productively and effectively with a degree of autonomy.

What We Offer

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
