To help support our growth, we are continuing to build out our customer success team. The Customer Success Specialist will work closely with our Customer Success Leadership, to help drive new customer acquisition and support existing Customers.
Ready to hit the road? This position involves regular regional and national travel to onboard and train new clients on the Fleetrock platform. This role requires frequent travel—via both flight and vehicle—to deliver high-impact, hands-on training directly to customer sites, ensuring they are empowered to maximize our system’s potential from day one. This could also include tradeshow and conference travel to help expand our client base.
