
The NGO Information Sharing and Analysis Center (NGO-ISAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps strengthen the security of U.S.-based nonprofits. Many civil society organizations operate with limited security resources, and their defenders are often working alone. We bring nonprofits together in a collaborative community where they can share information, learn from one another, and stay ahead of emerging threats. Together, we’re helping secure civil society against the ongoing threats that seek to deny, disrupt, or degrade its essential work.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations and ensure a top-tier experience for our members. This role involves managing the membership database, processing renewals, coordinating events, providing administrative support to other staff, and serving as a key liaison to our members. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, solutions oriented, and passionate about fostering community.

This is a Full-time operations coordinator. Remote, but some travel may be necessary. Operations coordinators have a lot of responsibility and may need to work late or answer calls and emails after hours. Hourly range: $18.00 - $25.00/hour.
