Industry Community & Forums Coordinator

We are seeking an Industry Community & Forums Coordinator to join our team focused on a critical aspect of our success: building and maintaining our industry relationships and delivering a quality experience for our clients. A BWG Global Sector Industry Community Coordinator identifies and recruits the most relevant professionals for BWG forums. You will be responsible for understanding the market sector, qualifying / assessing a professional’s fit for an event and maintaining relationships with our top participants.

This role provides the opportunity to specialize in an industry and help support our most important professional relationships. This is a great opportunity to gain an introduction to the business dynamics of an industry sector and establish valuable professional relationships with senior-level industry professionals.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Cranford, NJ.

• Identify, research, and recruit industry professionals to participate in BWG forums and research initiatives.
• Conduct outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships with potential participants.
• Qualify industry experts based on relevance, experience, and alignment with forums.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with industry professionals.
• Manage participant information, engagement activity, and outreach efforts within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the successful execution of BWG Global research
• Track engagement metrics and provide updates on pipeline development and forum performance.

Mandatory Skills/Background:

• College degree, or at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment. 
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 
• Comfortable communicating in a customer facing role via email, LinkedIn, phone
• Ability to work autonomously

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM), Apollo, SalesIntel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, Smail, Qualtrics, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
• Experience working with institutional investors, financial services firms, research organizations, media, events, or subscription-based businesses.

• Starting base salary of $60-65k, plus discretionary bonus.
