Visionary 360 is seeking an experienced HaloPSA Consultant who understands both HaloPSA and how MSPs and TSPs operate.

This is a client-facing consulting role responsible for leading HaloPSA implementation and optimization projects. You will evaluate client operations, recommend practical improvements, and translate those decisions into effective HaloPSA configurations.

We are not looking for someone who has simply used HaloPSA as a technician or end user. You must understand how to configure the platform and use it to improve service delivery, billing, accountability, automation, and operational consistency.

• Manage client consulting projects from discovery through completion.
• Lead HaloPSA implementations, configurations, cleanups, and optimization projects.
• Evaluate client processes and recommend practical operational improvements.
• Configure clients, sites, users, agents, teams, ticket types, SLAs, workflows, contracts, billing, assets, projects, and reporting.
• Build workflows, templates, automation rules, notifications, and escalation processes.
• Improve ticket handling, service delivery, accountability, billing, and operational consistency.
• Assist with integrations involving accounting, RMM, documentation, email, and other MSP tools.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend solutions based on client needs.
• Document requirements, configuration decisions, changes, and best practices.
• Manage client expectations through clear communication, organization, and timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate time entries, internal tickets, and project records.
• Stay current with HaloPSA features, integrations, and updates.
• Collaborate with the Visionary 360 team to deliver consistent client outcomes.

Required Experience

• Proven, hands-on experience administering, implementing, or consulting with HaloPSA.
• Strong knowledge of HaloPSA configuration, workflows, automation, contracts, billing, and reporting.
• Experience working within an MSP, TSP, or IT services organization.
• Ability to translate business processes into practical PSA configurations.
• Strong client-facing communication and consulting skills.
• Excellent documentation, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing projects and guiding clients through operational change.

Preferred Experience

• Three or more years of HaloPSA administration, implementation, or consulting experience.
• Three or more years working in MSP, TSP, or IT services operations.
• Experience with ConnectWise PSA, Autotask, or another PSA platform.
• Knowledge of agreements, recurring services, billing, and accounting workflows.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or other accounting platforms.
• Experience with RMM, documentation, quoting, email, and automation integrations.
• Previous experience as an MSP owner, manager, service manager, dispatcher, operations leader, or PSA administrator.
• HaloPSA certifications or SQL experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

60k-90k
