Who You Are

The Senior Event & Strategic Partner Manager is responsible for leading Kornit's major events, strategic partner programs, and customer experiences that drive engagement, demand generation, and business growth.

This role will lead the strategy and execution of Konnections, major industry tradeshows, and other key customer and partner programs. The position will also develop and manage strategic relationships across Kornit's partner ecosystem and work closely with sales, product, applications, and marketing to create experiences and programs that support customers and accelerate opportunities.

 

The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder and experienced operator who can manage complex events, partners, detailed budgets, agencies, vendors, and multiple priorities while delivering at a high standard.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of Konnections, major tradeshows, customer events, and strategic industry programs.
  • Manage event strategy, budgets, timelines, vendors, agencies, logistics, content, and on-site execution.
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners across the apparel, textile, technology, automation, workflow, and supply-chain ecosystem.
  • Develop opportunities for Kornit and its partners to collaborate on events, education, customer engagement, lead generation, and market development.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, applications, leadership, and partners to create compelling customer experiences.
  • Support customer demonstrations, executive visits, application showcases, webinars, and other strategic customer programs.
  • Identify and coordinate customer success stories, testimonials, case studies, and video
  • Develop pre-event and post-event engagement programs that support lead generation, pipeline development, and sales follow-up.
  • Track event and program performance, including attendance, engagement, leads, influenced opportunities, pipeline contribution, partner participation, and ROI.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasting, purchase orders, vendor expenses, and financial
  • Ensure strong communication, accountability, and execution across internal teams, partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and ensure programs are delivered on time and on budget.

 

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in event management, strategic partnerships, customer programs, or marketing.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events and complex, multi-stakeholder
  • Strong experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and external
  • Excellent project management, communication, organization, and relationship-building
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced
  • Experience working closely with sales, marketing, product, and executive
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience in printing, apparel, textiles, manufacturing, industrial technology, or capital equipment is a plus.

Travel: Approximately 35%, early morning, evening, and weekends are required as needed.

What We Offer

Salary Range: $90,000–$140,000/year - based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
